OneSEC Processing
One day Submission and E-registration of Companies (OneSEC) is a part of eSPARC, handling registrations for domestic stock corporations, including one-person corporations and those with 2 to 15 people involved. It's easy to use – most of the information is pre-filled, so registrants only need to enter a little data. The process is fully automated, from verifying the company name to issuing the Digital Certificate of Incorporation. OneSEC aims for one-day approval, simple procedures for data security, efficient information management, and a seamless, automated process. Covered Company Types:
- Domestic Stock Corporations (All Filipino)
- One Person Corporation
- Corporation with 2 to 15 Incorporators
OneSEC with ZERO Processing
Registered applications will receive a Digitally Signed Certificate of Incorporation from SEC. This certificate bears the same legal validity as with original certificate.
Note: Please ensure that all Corporate Officers authenticating the application documents are registered and credentialed in the eSECURE to authenticate documents in the SEC's electronic submission authentication portal (eSAP).
